Modern Configuration Option Details
1
Housing Structure:
Glass cell fronts isolate sound, increase fire/smoke separation, and reduce ligature risks. Double-bunked, stacked cells maximize required square footage. The current facility has 97 beds. This diagram shows space for 110 beds with a future maximum of 166 beds.
2
Control Space:
Elevated control space can oversee two levels of glass front cells and day-lit dayrooms.
Updated security electronics systems
3
Typical Rear Chase:
Allows maintenance of systems outside the inmate occupied area.
4
Secure Intake:
Organized and secure intake, transfer and release area to maintain control of in-custody defendants entering and leaving the facility.
5
Vehicle Sally Port (VSP):
Securely and safely move in-custody defendants.
